Participation is the Cornerstone of Our Community
This is a calendar of upcoming city meetings. The public is welcome to attend and is encouraged to participate. Events are listed by date and committee. Meeting details including (but not limited to) date, time, location, relevant documents, alternative ways of attending or participating, and further information may be found on the meeting’s detail page by opening the meeting’s unique link.
All City of Sebastopol public meetings are held in both in-person and remote formats compliant with the Governor’s Executive Order allowing for a deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. Traditional Brown Act and AB 2449 requirements can be utilized for all City Meetings as long as required notice and posting is conducted per the Brown Act. Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.5 all writings submitted to the City for City Meetings are public records and will be made available for review.
Viewing Meetings Online
The City of Sebastopol utilizes the Program ZOOM which allows for audio and visual participation.
The City also utilizes VIMEO for viewing only of City Council, Budget Committee, Enterprise Fund Oversight Committee, Planning Commission, Design Review/Tree Board (DRB), Public Arts (PAC), and Climate Action Committee (SCAC) Meetings.
Important Notice: The City of Sebastopol shows both live broadcasts and Video Archive of its meetings over the Internet. Your attendance at this public meeting may result in the recording and broadcast of your image and/or voice. Videos are available for one year from date of meeting.
