How to Participate in Meetings

All meetings will be held both in-person and virtually and are open to the public to attend via web or phone link. Agendas for upcoming meetings can be found on the City website by clicking the “Meetings” link on the home page. Agendas will contain information about participating virtually in real time. Basic instructions for participating in meetings virtually via Zoom may be found here.

City Council Meetings

• Meeting Days: First and Third Tuesday of each month
• Meeting Time: 6pm
• Meeting Location: Sebastopol Youth Annex, 425 Morris St., Sebastopol, CA

• To submit comments before the meeting:
  • Written Public Comments should be submitted by email to citycouncil@cityofsebastopol.gov or sent to City of Sebastopol City Hall, 7120 Bodega Avenue. You may also call the City to voice your public comment or leave a message. Please call 707-823-1153 to leave a message (by recording or comments provided verbally to City staff). Verbal comments should be no longer than two minutes in length. If recorded, your voicemail will be transcribed and provided to the City Clerk as a public record but will not be read into the minutes at the City Council meeting. Comments received after posting of the agenda will be provided to the Council and made part of the public record. If your public comment is for an item on the agenda, the Agenda Item Number must be identified in the subject line of the email. Comments should be received by 3:00 pm of Council Meeting date.
