This project is envisioned as a 20-lot, 39-home single-family residential subdivision to be developed on the Church of Latter-day Saints property located at 8100 Valentine Avenue (the “Project”). 20 of the homes would be single family residences, and 19 would be accessory dwelling units.
Recent state legislation (AB 1033) and the City’s 2026 adoption of an implementing ordinance allows the separate sale of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) with a home owners association.
