City of Sebastopol Holiday Construction Moratorium

The City of Sebastopol has a holiday moratorium on non-emergency construction projects within the downtown corridor from November 19, 2026 to January 4, 2027, to ensure non-emergency construction projects don’t interfere with the potential holiday sales and activities of our downtown businesses.

Streets along Petaluma and Main Streets, Barlow area, and Healdsburg Ave. near Safeway.
