Preliminary review for a mixed use project at 7621 Healdsburg Avenue, which includes first floor commercial with rental apartments above on a second floor along Healdsburg Ave, and townhomes accessed off of Murphy Avenue on the south side of the site.
Preliminary review (a “study session” to provide input to the applicant and staff) was scheduled for:
Planning Commission – December 13, 2022, 6 pm
Design Review/Tree Board – December 21, 2022, 4 pm

Preliminary review held with Planning Commission and the Design Review & Tree Board on January 10th, 2023. Formal application submitted January 2024 for Use Permit, Tentative Map, and CEQA, Design Review: Tree Removal. They are currently pending completeness review.
