Preliminary review for a mixed use project at 7621 Healdsburg Avenue, which includes first floor commercial with rental apartments above on a second floor along Healdsburg Ave, and townhomes accessed off of Murphy Avenue on the south side of the site.
Preliminary review (a “study session” to provide input to the applicant and staff) was scheduled for:
Planning Commission – December 13, 2022, 6 pm
Design Review/Tree Board – December 21, 2022, 4 pm
As of January 1st, 2024
Approval for 1st floor to be built out as 2 residential units pending a building permit. Also known as the ‘forever project’ due to the length of time of time to complete initial construction.
