Why are water and sewer rate increase studies from other jurisdictions more detailed?

The Financial Plan slides presentation from the Council of 4/23/24 is not the detailed Financial Plan report. The report is being prepared given Council’s direction on the options selected and will be posted to the website. The Financial Plan report will be just as detailed as the ones prepared by nearby jurisdictions.
