Since Sebastopol is on a well and the city sells a lot of the water to outsiders, this is what I am told. Why don’t you stop selling the water so we don’t have to cut back so much and create a back up plan with the water for Sebastopol?

The City of Sebastopol sells less than 3% of total water produced to outside users. These are our neighbors who otherwise would have no access to potable water. These customers are subject to the same 25% reduction mandate that customers within Sebastopol city limits must adhere to.
