The proposed water rates are the same as what was presented to Council on 4/23/24. However, the new proposed wastewater rates are different than what was presented based on Council’s direction on the delayed payment start date for general fund loan to Wastewater. The new proposed wastewater rates are shown below and also on the Prop. 218 notice:
