City of Sebastopol Holiday Construction Moratorium

The City of Sebastopol has a holiday moratorium on non-emergency construction projects within the downtown corridor from November 20, 2025 to January 5, 2026, to ensure non-emergency construction projects don’t interfere with the potential holiday sales and activities of our downtown businesses.
